THIS IS THE INAUGURAL MEETING OF CONCORD WEST CLUB IN OUR NEW VENUE AT PRON PROHM THAI RESTAURANT NORTH STRATHFIELD.

A special thanks to our Host Deryck and for the fabulous array of finger food that is provided by your excellent staff as part of our room hire arrangements.

Executive Business:

Treasurer Alex L and President John H presented the outcome and Draft Budget from the recent Club Executive Meeting based on the single Option decided by the Executive. It was robustly discussed and the Executive was asked to represent all 3 Options that were discussed at the following meeting.

As this was the first meeting in our new Venue and the first meeting where all Members of the Executive were present we officially introduced our New Club Executive Team
and presented them with their Executive Folders
passed on from the outgoing Executive.
