It was declared that we did not reach a quorum but a Vote was called for in accordance with the rules.
There being only one candidate it was announced that John Hughson would assume the role of President for the remainder of the Toastmaster Year to June 2018.

Due to the lack of a Quorum ratification of that vote is deferred to the next meeting.

John H made a brief address to the Club Membership.
