It was declared as there was only one International Contestant and no Evaluation Contests that there would be No Contest.
Instead, our ‘Club Candidate’ (Lana S.) for the International Speech Contest going onto Area 6 would present her speech and have every Member (and Visitor) present provide input and evaluation. This would be done in a semi-formal format.
Both the International Speech and the Evaluations would be timed for the purposes of reference and not in compliance with a Contest.
