2025 DISTRICT 70 AWARDS CEREMONY
Concord West Toastmaster John Hughson DTM was acknowledged (belatedly) for his 15 Years of Service with a Trophy among a large contingent of back-dated Years of Service Awards for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and up to 50 years.
In addition, John was then honoured as District 70 Staff Officer of the Year for 2024-2025 for his service as District 70 Newsletter Editor and Graphics consultant to the District. Taking home a Trophy and the Staff Officer of the Year perpetual trophy.
This is the second time John has been acknowledged as District Staff Officer of the year, the first time being back in 2020-2021.
Also in this year's achievement awards Concord West Club was acknowledged for achieving Distinguished Club status in the Distinguished Club Program.
Plus both VPE John and President Mario were acknowledged for achieving a Triple Crown Award for 2024-2025 for completing 3 Paths in the Toastmaster Year.
