Each member iof the outgoing Executive (present) was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation for fulfilling their Leadership role for 2018-2019.

Then the incoming Executive Members (present) were charged with a commission statement by the Division Director (Elect) to fulfill there role on the Executive for the 2019-2020 Term

A number of the incoming Executive were absent (overseas or work related commitments) so Members of the Club stood in for them and confidently affirmed the commitment on their behalf.

Concord West was well represented at the 2019 District 70 Annual Conference
