DISTRICT 70 TOASTMASTER OF THE YEAR 2017-2018

Concord West Member and current Vice President Education 2018-19 John Hughson DTM was named District 70 Toastmaster of the Year for 2017-2018 at the Inaugural District 70 Awards Night held at the very celubrious Castelreagh Boutique Hotel in Sydney on Saturday evening 11th August.
John was especially proud and humbled to receive this very great honour from fellow Club Member and Immediate Past District Director Peter Crosby DTM and to be able to acknowledge the many Toastmasters who have contributed to and guided his Toastmaster journey. John also acknowledged the presence of another fellow Concord West Member Phillip Bendeich DTM who had been instrumental in John joining Toastmasters over 10 years ago.

SPECIAL RECOGNITION FOR TWO CONCORD WEST TOASTMASTERS

It was announced recently in July that two of our Concord West Club Members have reached the highly esteemed position of being named as Members of the Professional Speakers Australia (PSA)
Congratulations to both Anna Perdriau and Philip Bendeich.

Professional Speakers Australia is the only professional body representing the members of the professional speaking industry. PSA exists to develop, promote & uphold the highest possible standards of the profession for the benefit of both its members and the public they serve.
