Business Session:

The Meeting then went into a Business Session to resolve the Motion in respect of ongoing Meeting schedules. The Vote was very tight, and the Quorum very close. So a second motion was adopted for a second Vote on the second motion deferred to a future meeting when a full Quorum was achieved.
